Public Sex on High-Roller Ferris Wheel in Las Vegas
They say ‘What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas’ but when you do it in on the High-Roller Ferris Wheel in Vegas in broad daylight then it’s going to get out.
The frisky, Chloe Scordianos, 21 was seen by several staff, recorded on CCTV and by fellow visitors to the attraction performing oral sex on Phillip Frank Panzica, 27, on the 5th February 2016. The pair have been charged with having sex in a public place after getting undressed and amorous in cabin 16 of the Ferris wheel.
The guests in Cabin 17 didn’t seem to notice, but the guests in Cabin 15 not only noticed but were video recording the acts.
Security staff jokingly announced over the tannoy system that everyone should extinguish their cigarettes and put their clothes on, but this only stopped the couple for a short while who soon resumed their fun.
When the half hour ride had finished they both were both handed over to the Las Vegas police. They have both been charged with having sex in a public place and will return to face trial on the 9th March 2016 after posting $3000 bail.
Chloe Scordianos, from New York, was celebrating her 21st birthday the day of the offence, has become a popular figure on social media after her exploits.
